- The Promoter is Willowton Meats.
- This competition is open from April 2021 until 30 June 2021 (“Competition Period”). Any entries received after midnight on the last day will not be valid and not be considered.
- To enter the competition participants must: 1. Visit our store, 2. Scan the barcode at the door, 3. Enter your email address and send.
- The winner will be selected randomly.
- Participants will be immediately notified whether they have won or not during the Competition Period.
- The prize winners will be notified by email address provided / associated with the competition entry. In the event that a prize winner cannot be successfully contacted after 3 attempts have been made during business hours within 72 hours of the final decision for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited in accordance with the competition rules.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash by the winner and not transferable.
- Winners must pick up there prize from the store.
- The Promoter makes no warranties, whether explicit or implied with respect to the prize.
- Failure to claim the Prize or a refusal within 30 days will disqualify the prize winner and the prize will be forfeited.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with cash equivalent and/or alternative prizes of similar value in the event that any of the original Prizes offered are not available.
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
- Except in so far as is provided for in the Act 68 of 2008, the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and staff.
- The Promoter may in its sole and absolute discretion amend these terms and conditions were permitted at any time, by publishing the revised terms and conditions on www.willowton.co.za
- You will be required to provide your full name, email address, contact details and other related information when entering this Competition. The Promoter and its affiliates will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Competition and for related online activities. Your personal data will be used to enter you in this Competition. By participating in the Competition, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in South Africa, which consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the Promoter. The Promoter shall keep your personal data to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. The Promoter will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission. The Promoter shall not allow third parties to use your personal information.
- The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the prize winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winner.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's device relating to or resulting from participation in this Competition or downloading any materials in this Competition.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever.
